Who Should Attend?
People responsible for the Phonesoft Unified MailCall unified messaging system.

Prerequisites
It is expected that participants have a good working knowledge of Lotus Notes and Windows networking.

Course Objective
To provide system administrators with a detailed knowledge of the functioning of the PhoneSoft Unified MailCall system. At the end of the course participants will be able to install, configure and administer the UM system. They should also be able to develop custom applications.
